Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Kerem Arslan / Bounlu ("Bounlu", "we", "us") and you ("Affiliate", "you"). By creating an account on affiliate.bounlu.com and ticking the acceptance box, you agree to this Agreement, the Commission & Payout Terms, the Privacy Addendum, and the Content & Conduct Policy.

1. The Program

Bounlu operates an affiliate program that lets you promote Bounlu's mobile applications (including Promy, Notek, VoicePage, and Kaçıyor) using tracking codes and referral links we provide. You earn compensation as described in the Commission & Payout Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Registration is open worldwide. You are responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Independent relationship

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship. You have no authority to bind Bounlu or to make representations on its behalf beyond the marketing materials we provide.

4. Codes and links

We assign you tracking codes and links. They are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and licensed to you only for promoting Bounlu apps under this Agreement. We may deactivate or change any code or link at any time.

5. Intellectual property and brand use

Bounlu grants you a limited, revocable licence to use Bounlu names, logos, and app assets solely to promote the apps in line with the Content & Conduct Policy. You gain no ownership of Bounlu intellectual property. You must not register domains, usernames, ads, or trademarks that imitate Bounlu brands.

6. Your responsibilities

You will promote the apps honestly, comply with all applicable laws (including advertising, consumer-protection, and disclosure rules), and follow the Content & Conduct Policy. You are solely responsible for your promotional channels, content, and audiences.

7. Tracking and measurement

Compensation depends on our tracking of clicks, sign-ups, and content performance. Our records and measurements are the authoritative basis for compensation. We may withhold or reverse amounts we reasonably believe result from fraud, bots, self-referrals, or policy violations.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for suspected fraud or policy violation. On termination, your codes and links stop working and unpaid, validly earned amounts remain payable subject to the Commission & Payout Terms, except amounts tied to fraud or violations.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Program is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bounlu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amounts payable to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update this Agreement. Material changes create a new version; continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
