Content & Conduct Policy

This Policy sets the rules for how you promote Bounlu apps. It forms part of the Affiliate Agreement. Breaching it may lead to withheld earnings, suspension, or termination.

1. Be honest

• Do not make false or misleading claims about the apps, their features, pricing, or results.
• Do not promise outcomes the apps do not deliver.
• Use only current, accurate information and the assets we provide.

2. Disclose your relationship

Where required by law or platform rules (for example FTC guidance and TikTok/Instagram branded-content rules), clearly disclose that you earn from promoting the apps — for example with #ad or a paid-partnership label.

3. No fake or manipulated engagement

• Do not use bots, click farms, incentivised installs, or purchased/fake views, likes, or followers.
• Do not self-refer or create fake accounts to generate sign-ups.
• View premiums are paid on genuine, verifiable views only.

4. Prohibited content and channels

Do not promote the apps through, or alongside, content that is:

• illegal, infringing, or violates third-party rights;
• sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, or discriminatory;
• misleading spam, or unsolicited bulk messaging;
• placed on sites/accounts that violate the terms of the platform you use.

5. No unauthorised paid search / brand bidding

Do not run paid ads that bid on Bounlu brand or app names, or that impersonate Bounlu, without prior written permission.

6. Respect platforms and laws

Follow the terms of every platform you post on (TikTok, Instagram, and others) and all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and privacy laws.

7. Consequences

We may reject content submissions, withhold or reverse related earnings, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Policy. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the program.
