Privacy Addendum

This Addendum explains how Bounlu handles the personal and payout data you provide as an affiliate. It supplements the Affiliate Agreement.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email, country, and language preference.
• Payout data: payout method (IBAN or Wise), account-holder name, and account details.
• Activity data: the tracking codes and links you generate, click and sign-up counts attributed to them, and the content submissions (URLs, dates, view counts) you provide.

2. How we use it

We use this data to operate the program: to attribute referrals, calculate and verify earnings, communicate with you, and pay you. We use payout data solely to make payments to you.

3. Storage and security

Payout account details are encrypted at rest. Access to affiliate data is restricted to authorised administration. Data is stored using our infrastructure providers (including Supabase and Cloudflare), which may process data in the EU and other regions.

4. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the program and pay you — for example with payment and infrastructure providers — or where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep affiliate and payout records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including Türkiye's KVKK and the GDPR where relevant), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Some data must be retained for legal and accounting reasons even after account closure.
