Commission & Payout Terms
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These terms describe how you earn and get paid in the Bounlu Affiliate Program. They form part of the Affiliate Agreement.
1. How you earn
There are two ways to earn:
- Sign-up commission. You earn a commission for each new user who installs and registers through your tracking code or link, as attributed by our systems. The default rate is USD 1.00 per confirmed sign-up. Bounlu may set a different rate per app or per affiliate; your current rates are shown in your dashboard.
- View-based content premiums. When you submit qualifying TikTok or Instagram content, you earn a premium based on verified views:
- TikTok: USD 5.00 per 10,000 verified views.
- Instagram: USD 6.00 per 10,000 verified views. Premiums are prorated (for example, 25,000 verified TikTok views = USD 12.50). Bounlu may set different premium rates per affiliate; your current rates are shown in your dashboard.
2. Verification
Bounlu verifies sign-ups and content performance before amounts become payable. We may adjust submitted view counts to the figure we verify, and we may reject submissions that we cannot verify or that breach the Content & Conduct Policy. Verified amounts move to "approved" in your ledger.
3. Payout eligibility and schedule
- Amounts accrue in your ledger as pending, then approved, then paid.
- A minimum balance of USD 20.00 in approved earnings is required before a payout is issued.
- Payouts are processed on a monthly basis for balances that meet the minimum, typically within 15 days after month end.
4. Payment methods and currency
- Affiliates in Türkiye: payment by bank transfer to your IBAN.
- Affiliates elsewhere: payment via Wise to the account details you provide.
- Earnings are denominated in USD. Currency conversion, bank, and transfer fees may be deducted or borne by you depending on your provider. You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate.
5. Taxes
You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and government charges arising from your earnings. Where required by law, Bounlu may withhold amounts or request tax information before paying.
6. Adjustments, clawbacks, and fraud
Bounlu may withhold, reduce, or reverse amounts that result from cancelled or refunded purchases, chargebacks, duplicate or self-referrals, bot or fake views, or any breach of the Affiliate Agreement or Content & Conduct Policy. If already paid, such amounts may be offset against future earnings or reclaimed.
7. Changes to rates
Bounlu may change commission and premium rates prospectively. Changes apply to earnings accrued after the change and are reflected in your dashboard.
